Situated in the heart of the city of Vadodara (Baroda) in the State of Gujarat, India, this comprehensive eye care hospital is working uninterrupted for last SIXTY years. It has blossomed into a huge four storied complex. Each floor devoted individually to diagnosis and treatment of various eye disorders.
Ground floor has an Out Patient Unit with three fully equipped consulting rooms with an additional special investigations room housing a) Zeiss Fundus Camera, b) Octopus Autoperimeter, c) Iridex Diode green laser and d) Yag laser.
First floor has a Minor Operation Theatre used for out patient surgical procedures. It also has two air-conditioned deluxe special rooms with attached toilets and three semi-special rooms for day care and indoor patients.
The second floor has a huge Major Operation Theatre with double aircondioning, two high capacity uninterrupted power supply units to take care of operating microscopes and Phacoemulsification units.
The operation theatre has a multi layered entry, starting with enclosures for
a) Changing rooms for Men and Women,
b) OT adjoining room for housing disposable operation equipments,
c) separate sterilization room hosting two standard steam sterilizers and one flash sterilizer with purified water filter for hand scrubbing.
d) The main OT room with double airconditioning, two high capacity uninterrupted power supply units to cover the operating microscope, phaco machines and essential OT equipments.
The third and forth floors are for residential accommodations and Kitchen.
